Group Powers

The following is a list of available group powers and what they do. Group powers are divided into four categories:

Content Moderation

Available under Power Scope: Specific Boards Everywhere

Power	If Enabled
Lock Threads	Ability to lock threads and polls, so that no one may post in them, except those with this power.
Sticky Threads	Ability to sticky threads, so that those threads stay at the top of a thread list.
Bump and Fall Threads	Ability to bump threads so they can be moved to the top of the thread list without posting; and enable falling so threads ignore bumps from new posts.
Move Threads and Posts	Ability to move threads from one board to another, merge threads together, and split threads apart.
Delete Threads and Posts	Ability to delete threads and posts, removing them from your forum entirely.
Edit Posts	Ability to edit the content of posts made by other users.
View Poll Voters	Ability to see who has participated in a poll.
Reported Posts	Ability to access the Reported Posts section of the admin panel.

Power	If Enabled
Edit Profiles	Ability to edit some aspects of another member's profile.
Make Announcements	Ability to post announcements, so that those threads will stay at the top of all boards.
See Invisible Members	Ability to see members who have their online status set to invisible.
Warn Members	Ability to issue warnings to members.
View/Search by IP	Ability to search for members, posts, and threads by IP.
Mass PM	Ability to send personal messages to all members of your forum at once.
Approve Members	Ability to approve new members by accessing the Pending Members section of the admin panel.
Ban Users	Ability to ban users and access the Bans section of the admin panel.
Manage Attachments	Ability to access the Attachments section of the admin panel.
News Feed	Ability to access the news feed section of the admin panel.
Reserved Names	Ability to access the Reserved Names section of the admin panel.
Censored Words	Ability to access the Censored Words section of the admin panel.
Forum Avatars	Ability to access the Avatars section of the admin panel.
Manage Group Members	Ability to add, remove, and ban members from groups.

Forum Settings	Ability to access the Forum Settings section of the admin panel.
Boards	Ability to access the Boards section of the admin panel.
Themes	Ability to access the Themes sections of the admin panel.
Plugins	Ability to access the Plugins sections of the admin panel.
Pages	Ability to access the Custom Pages section of the admin panel.
Shoutbox	Ability to access the Shoutbox settings section of the admin panel.
Forum Analytics	Ability to access the Analytics section of the admin panel.
Custom Fields	Ability to access the Custom Fields section of the admin panel.
Ranks	Ability to access the Ranks section of the admin panel.
Security Log	Ability to access the Security Log section of the admin panel.

Available under Power Scope: Everywhere

Only the main Admin account may edit these settings for a group. These powers are very serious, and should only be given to members you trust.

Delete Staff	Ability to delete staff members.
Forum Cleanup	Ability to access the Forum Cleanup section of the admin panel.
Groups	Ability to access the Groups section of the admin panel with the exception of the critical powers area.
Ad-Free	Ability to access the Ad-Free section of the admin panel.
Custom Domains	Ability to access the Custom Domains section of the admin panel.
Delete Members	Ability to delete non-staff members.
Mass Email	Ability to access the Email section of the admin panel.
File Storage	Ability to access the file storage section of the admin panel.
