Definitely got a Nintendo vibe going on, but the theme is a bit chaotic for my tastes.
Disable PM or Post for Certain Users
A good one, but had to give three stars because it's not mentioned in the description that mobile site users or ProBoards app users aren't affected by plugins and wouldn't be stopped by this.
Lion Rules System
Good one, but it should probably exempt staff members, who are probably already aware of (and even responsible for creating) the rules.
First Time
You may want to let folks know in the plugin description that the message will appear again to anyone who clears their cookies, and for anyone who has cookies disabled the plugin will continue to display the message for every pageload.
Hey Luanne, be advised the forum wrapper template contains a bit of incorrect HTML towards the bottom -- <cemter> should be <center>. Nice theme :)

Quote Remodel
This makes quotes look neat. I also think it would be cool to have an option to configure it to align to the left of posts instead of centered. Maybe version v1.x.x.

Thread Reply Limit
Sup Todge, nice plugin. 8-) I think I noticed a bug, though - when you have the settings configured to only allow staff to limit replies in threads, only other staff members are unable to reply. I was able to continuously post as a non-staff member in the limited thread, until I set it to "Everyone" and then it started working well.
Event Calendar
Calendar events that display in the info center and do not require a corresponding thread?! I'LL ALERT THE MASSES.

Very nice theme! For the first update you upload, I'd recommend setting the sidebar div's z-index to 9999, just to avoid any overlap issues. Currently if you resize the browser window to be smaller than 1250px, the banner overlaps on top of the sidebar.

This theme has a hard-coded width specified at the bottom of the style sheet, for anyone who'd like to change the width later on.
Modern
I apologize for initially rejecting this theme during the review process - it was kind of hard to determine that this wasn't someone else trying to steal your work and upload it to the library. :P Very cool theme!
