Branding

This feature allows you to customize the images that represents your forum.

Social Media Image​

The social media image is used to visually represent your forum on other websites that support rich media embedding such as Facebook and Twitter. The recommended image size is 200 by 200 pixels.

Browser Icon (Favicon)​

This is an image image that represents a website. It usually displays on a browser tab, next to a browser bookmarked item, and sometimes in the browser's address bar next to the URL. It is a visual reference to help users identify a website easier when multiple browser tabs are open. The recommended image size is 32 by 32 pixels.

Adding a Brand Image​

There are three ways to add a brand image:

  • Drag and drop a file from your computer.
  • Click the Media Library button to select an image from your forum's media library.
  • Click the Upload File button to select an image from your computing device.
Note

Brand images should be of the jpg or png file type.

Deleting a Brand Image​

Click the Remove button to delete the brand image representing your forum. The Remove button only displays if a brand image has been uploaded.
