Reporting Bugs and Feedback

As with any new software, there may be issues or inconsistencies found when using a beta version of a software. Should you encounter any issue, you can help us by reporting it. We have prepared multiple ways to report any feedback.

On-Page Report​

Provide feedback button

We have provided a convenient and easy way to report any issue anywhere on the forum through a button you will find on every page. The "Provide feedback" button will show on the right side of the screen at all times. The feedback form is available to anyone when logged into the forum.

Please try to provide as much information as possible to help us resolve any possible issues.

Your feedback provided in this manner will remain private and will only be reviewed by the development team of ProBoards. Should you choose to provide your email we may contact you about the issue if we require additional information.

ProBoards Support Forum​

A public discussion board is available on our Support forum. You may submit any feedback or bug report directly on the forum. Feedback submitted on the forum can be read and commented on by anyone.
