Privacy Request: Download

To download a copy of your data we have collected, please follow these steps:

1. Login to ProBoards using your account email address and password
2. Download Forum Account Data
   1. Visit the Account Settings page for your account
   2. Click "Export" on the "Export Member Data" row
   3. Select the forum and account to download data for
   4. Click submit
   5. When your download is ready, an email will be sent with instructions
3. Download Global Account Data
   1. Visit the Account Settings page for your account
   2. Click "Export" on the "Export Global Data" row
   3. Click "Submit"
   4. A CSV file will download which contains a copy of your global account data
