CPF image dropdown v1.0.1 Beta

creates image dropdowns on a custom profile field. converts display of that CPF into an image with title hover. will also allow just text choices in the dropdown

Arrays are set at 5 items, but you just have to duplicate a cpf name in another array to expand the selection.

This plugin is freaking awesome. It's suppose to be 5 stars, but um it ain't fixed yet.
