It's a good tool for moderation, but it would be nice if you could customize the text that it displays. "you do not have enough posts..." is sort of cryptic and not the best for letting users know that it's for moderation. Also, easily hackable by replacing 'avatar' or 'personal' in the url with 'edit'.

Excellent. I would prefer to just completely disable the Avatars but I get some good humor our of letting the users know they will be able to use Avatars after 5,000,000 posts...
