The cost to change the URL of your online forum is a one-time fee of $10 USD. When you change the forum URL, the old URL will direct visitors to the new URL for two weeks to allow members to adjust and note the change. After two weeks, the old URL will no longer re-direct to the new. Also, changing the old URL to a new URL will not change or delete any of the message board content on your forum.
To change the URL of your online forum, click the Change Forum URL link in the admin panel and type the new URL in the box provided. You can also choose between using .proboards.com, .boards.net, or .freeforums.net for your new forum URL with the drop-down menu provided. If the URL is available, click Continue to Confirmation Page then click the Buy Now button. You'll be taken to the Google Wallet page where you can pay. Once you complete the purchase, allow 30 minutes for your order to process.
