Preventing the user of certain names on the forum

Sometimes you may want to reserve names for later use on your forum or prevent members from registering as or changing their display names to inappropriate names.

To prevent the use of certain names on your forum visit your admin area and select Members. On the following page, select Reserved Names.

Any names entered on this list will not be usable by anyone on your forum. To add a new name to the list type the name into the empty field at the bottom of the list. To remove an existing name on the list, click on the x icon next to a name.
